Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Item

  Securely place your unused Chill Steel Pipe and accessories in the original box, ensuring all components are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for confirmation.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
